- Provide technical expertise and advice on programs necessary to maintain technical publications libraries.
- Provide assistance in the development, implementation and coordination of:
- A technical publications change program and the incorporation of changes into publications and IETM.
- Programs for storage, custody, cataloging, and control and issue of publications and material.
- Procedures to monitor the operation of the organizational unit libraries.
