You will be updated with latest job alerts via email- Responsible for the Investigation and reporting of any critical accidents, incidents, operational constraints, supporting Department Manager in the resolution of service deficiencies in timely manner.
- Monitor, control and utilize resource plans as directed by Department Manager in alignment with agreed service standards for QAS customer airlines.
- Participate and lead implementation of new technologies and processes within assigned department and provide feedback for any discrepancies related to the project execution.
- Participate in development of Business cases for operational performance enhancement programs.
