Carpenter

We are looking for experienced Finish Carpenters to work on a variety of projects focusing on trim molding and general carpentry tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail excellent craftsmanship skills and the ability to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Trim and Molding Installation: Measure cut and install various types of trim crown molding baseboards and other decorative elements to enhance the aesthetic appeal of interior spaces.

Cabinet Installation: Skillfully install cabinets vanities and builtin furniture with precision ensuring a seamless fit and finish.

Door and Window Installation: Install doors windows and hardware ensuring proper alignment functionality and a polished appearance.

Custom Carpentry: Execute custom carpentry projects including designing and building unique features such as bookshelves wainscoting and coffered ceilings.

Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for finishing work including sanding filling and smoothing to ensure a flawless foundation for paint or stain.

Material Selection: Collaborate with project managers and clients to select appropriate materials and finishes that align with design specifications and budget constraints.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure the highest quality workmanship addressing any defects or issues promptly.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to create a secure work environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.

Indepth knowledge of various carpentry techniques materials and tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications.

Detailoriented with a focus on precision and quality.

Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
