About SVA Car Lamps & Body Panels
Established since 1992 specialises in selling crash repair parts panels bumpers lamps mirrors batteries radiators etc to the trade. We are currently looking for a data analyst apprentice to work within the ECommerce team helping with data for both telephone and online sales. The role will be based at our head office in Wembley and is for immediate start. Prior experience in this field is not necessary but an interest is essential. The Company is currently undergoing major expansion plans especially into Ecommerce.
We are a motivated energetic team with a drive for success. We are seeking a likeminded individual with a keen interest in sales and ecommerce to take on this role and grow with the company.
Job Description:
- Assist with parts/product information management in the form of creating content for website use ecommerce platforms and social media
- Be involved in the creation and management of social media strategies
- Keeping contact databases updated: including maintenance of spreadsheets reports and trackers with a high degree of accuracy
- Investigation and resolution of missing contact and product data
- Searching the internet to verify missing information required and to enhance the current data within data protection regulations
- Creating marketing content for various platforms in the form of images videos eshots etc.
- Process internet sales orders when required
- Liaise with customers to assist with navigating the website eBay and other online selling platforms
- Call existing and new customers to maintain and update our existing database
- General administration duties
- Carry out everyday office tasks given by the Manager
Salary Hours and Benefits
- per annum dependant on experience
- Monday to Friday 9am 5pm
- Generous annual leave entitlement
What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive
The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Content Creator Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

- Interest in eCommerce particularly Shopify and eBay
- Basic knowledge of car parts and car manufacturers
- Be commercially aware
- The capability of working well within a team
- Selfstarter with a professional resultsdriven attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent written verbal and image communication skills
- Strong computer skills especially the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
Eligibility Criteria
- You must have the right to work in the UK and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
