Job Description
Join LT Selections client a company focused on empowering people in Cumbria and Lancashire. This sociallydriven firm is looking for a Tutor for its centre playing a key role in guiding learners to achieve Adult Skills qualifications. Your efforts will make a real difference in peoples lives.
Job Role:
We need an enthusiastic Outreach Tutor for our team in Blackburn. Youll work closely with learners aiding them in reaching their personal objectives. This involves delivering courses in the Blackburn & Skelmersdale areas tailoring your teaching methods and managing documentation of learner progress.
Key Requirements:
Must have or be willing to gain a Teaching Qualification (e.g. PGCE PTLLS).
Assessors Qualification or willingness to obtain it.
Functional Skills Level 2/Maths English ICT or equivalent.
Skilled in using eportfolio systems and delivering vocational qualifications digitally.
Strong IT proficiency particularly in MS Office.
Background in Employability Customer Service Hospitality Health & Social Care Retail.
Benefits:
Salary:annually based on experience.
37.5 hours per week with a pension scheme.
Mileage reimbursement at 0.40 per mile.

Additional Notes:
The initial 2 weeks include induction and shadowing.
