Legal Secretary Solihull
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a wellestablished law firm in Solihull.
This is a fulltime permanent role which requires experience within a residential conveyancing department.
As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing.
- Administering filing which will include daily filing and the opening closing storage and retrieval of client files in accordance with the detailed procedures contained in the office manual.
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- Arranging for all copying to be done in person with the client s identification.
- Making appointments arranging meetings and maintaining an up to date diary for your principal.
- Preparing the conference room for meetings as necessary and tidying and clearing the room at the end of the meeting.
- Speaking with clients as they arrive in the office.
- Adhoc reception duties.
To be a successful Conveyancing Legal Secretary you will have the following skills and experiences:
- Previous Conveyancing experience.
- Previous experience or currently working as a Legal Secretary.
- Good MS Office experience.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Attentive.
Your working hours will be 09:0017:30 MondayFriday.
In return a Legal Secretary will receive a starting salary of 28000 per annum.
