Partner with sales and success leadership to drive the development, execution and continuous improvement of Deel’s global post sales expansion strategy, specifically focused on developing and maintaining a scalable playbook for our Global Workforce Consultants (sales to existing customers)
End-to-end project management on top business priorities including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving cross-functional implementation
Creating and maintaining reporting, processes, workflows, and organizational tools
Creating data driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets
Problem solving and solution implementation
Process design and improvement, particularly for operations at scale, with world-class documentation and sales enablement
Working with the product and development teams to drive high impact improvements
Supporting strategic goal setting and performance management
Requirements
Have 6+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
1-2 years in a client-facing role, ideally carrying a quota
Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines.
Results-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of 'getting it done' in a dynamic environment.
Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact - have a desire to understand underlying problems and develop solutions to solve the root of the problem
Have excellent written and verbal communication in English
