Assignment Length: 8 weeks with potential for renewal.

Position Highlights:

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration)
  
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills
  
• Proficiency in electronic charting systems
  
• Experience with tube feedings
  
• Experience in general nutrition education (e.g. weight management cardiovascular disease diabetes etc.)
  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and followups for patients
  
• Document patient assessments goals and interventions in the medical record
  
• Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and their families
  
• Ensure compliance with DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards
  
• Work independently demonstrating expertise without constant supervision
