Front-End Web Developer

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

Work closely with the marketing team to leverage the website for showcasing ExploreMyPC products and services.

2. **SEO and SEM Optimization:**

Focus on upleveling website SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.

3. **Website Development:**

Design develop and maintain the website and landing pages to ensure an optimal user experience.

4. **Content Management:**

Publish and optimize longform podcast articles on the website ensuring highquality content.

5. **Performance Monitoring:**

Take responsibility for site speed overall impact and bounce rate continuously optimizing for better performance.

6. **Technical Maintenance:**

Regularly check and update Google Search Console errors and perform updates and testing on client webpages.

7. **Graphics Management:**

Update graphics across all userfacing platforms to maintain a cohesive and visually appealing brand image.

8. **User Experience Tracking:**

Track user experience on website pages and conduct audits to enhance results and engagement.

9. **Community Engagement:**

Maintain engagement with website comments and ensure a positive and interactive user community.

10. **Problem Solving and Communication:**

Demonstrate excellent problemsolving and communication skills showcasing conceptual thoughtfulness in design.

11. **Independent Work Style:**

Work independently with the ability to plan and execute tasks without constant supervision.

Requirements

**Experience:**

Minimum of 1 years of web design experience.

**Education:**

Associate s Degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.

**Technical Skills:**

Proficiency in working on a Mac and using Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with C and JavaScript.

Expertise in both website design and coding.

**Versatility:**

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment handling a diverse range of projects.

**Attitude and Teamwork:**

Positive attitude and a strong desire to collaborate with a team focused on making a positive impact in the world.

**Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency:**

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools including XD Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

**ExploreMyPC Skills:**

Experience in building sites in ExploreMyPC website builder.

**WordPress Theme Development (Optional):**

Experience in developing ExploreMyPC website builder is a plus although not mandatory. The primary focus will be on building pages within the site to enhance the viewers experience.
