Job Description
- Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team and the board, driving the financial health and performance of the organisation.
- Oversee the definition and implementation of group wide financial governance, accounting and reporting standards and guidelines, ensuring their alignment with all relevant international standards, regulatory and internal controls, as well as global best practices.
- Develop and implement robust risk management strategies, ensuring the company is well-prepared to navigate the complexities of the global business landscape. Oversee the development, maintenance, implementation and adherence of the sector policies and procedures to ensure that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled in line with the requirements while maintaining high level of efficiency in achieving objectives.
