As a Client Operations Group Support at Gravita youll be at the heart of our operations playing a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best service. Heres what youll do:
Database Management Expertise: You will take charge of updating and maintaining our CCH database and portal contacts ensuring our systems are impeccably organized.
Efficient Document Handling: Youll be tasked with formatting reports assisting with adhoc letters and overseeing document filing and scanning activities.
Client Engagement Support: On occasion you will engage with our clients helping us maintain strong relationships and delivering unparalleled service.
Compliance Oversight: Youll be responsible for overseeing new client onboarding and ensuring that we remain fully compliant with antimoney laundering requirements.
Problem Resolution Authority: Youll be the point person for identifying and addressing iXBRL filing errors collaborating seamlessly with our accomplished Managers when necessary.
Digital Proficiency: Uphold our commitment to innovation by expertly uploading essential documentation to our ProAudit or CCH Working Papers platforms.
Accounts:Dealing with the accounts turnaround process and preparing documents for filing and preparing accounts approval packs and issuing to the client for signature. You will also be filing accounts with Companies house and CT600s with HMRCusing the CCH or Silverfinonline software
Team Collaboration: Demonstrate your exceptional teamwork skills by providing valuable support to our secretarial team and stepping in to cover tasks when needed.

Extensive Experience: You possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar corporate environment.
Technical Proficiency: Your expertise extends to mastering Microsoft Office products.
