Asset Integrity Lead
Leads development of detailed engineering design deliverables and supports planning execution and commissioning for new construction facility projects supporting RBU unconventional development.
The RBU Greenfield FE Projects Team is responsible for developing and improving the standard design(s) that are then applied to specific projects to deliver the RBU Greenfield Facilities capital program. The team is also responsible for generating all designed engineering design deliverables supporting project execution and commissioning. The team collaborates closely with a broad range of stakeholders across the Operations Construction Electrical and Planning teams to refine its approach and manage program risks.
This position specifically supports upstream facility projects.
Responsibilities
- Work through 3rd party engineering firms to deliver detailed facility designs including all relevant PSI including P&IDs PFDs ISOs C&Es pressure test plans etc.
- Provide FE technical input to critical OE work processes specific to facility projects including FDC&D PHA PSSR and MOC.
- Participate in peer reviews of engineering deliverables developed by other members of the team.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers focused on pipeline and flowline systems regarding overall project plans.
- Coordinate with Air and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with all requirements from COGCC CDPHE BLM etc.
- Coordinate with C&D Engineers to ensure accuracy in longrange planning related to equipment counts spacing load forecasts etc.
- Coordinate with Construction on procurement and tracking delivery date of longlead components including vessels piping modules compressors and pump skids.
- Support Construction work planning and execution including kickoff construction walkdowns and increased availability during critical activities such as pressure testing PSSR purge etc.
- Support Brownfield Engineering Maintenance and Asset Integrity teams as needed for troubleshooting inspection or repair plan needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in the oil and gas industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred 5 years of facilities engineering experience in upstream oil and gas.
