As a trusted partner Yusudi is thrilled to be backing Seamless HR in their search for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for their East Africa operations requiring a minimum of 7 years of enterprise sales experience including 4 years in SaaS sales. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of the IT industry excel in communication and negotiation and possess a track record of achieving multimillion dollar revenue targets in a fastpaced environment through direct selling and channels
Key Responsibilities
You will achieve revenue goals and targets through net new account acquisitions.
You will acquire and onboard new large enterprise customers across all verticals in the assigned territory.
You will develop productspecific GoToMarket (GTM) strategies including forecasting setting targets and pipeline management.
You will identify and develop longterm strategic relationships with decisionmakers and other key stakeholders.
You will utilize metricdriven strategies persuasions and engage in commercial negotiations with the objective of maximizing company revenues.
You will attend weekly/monthly/quarterly review meetings with leadership.
You will develop and lead a highperforming B2B sales team.
You will provide guidance coaching and constructive feedback to nurture the teams professional growth.
You will establish transparent and frequent communication channels to keep the B2B team informed about their progress towards KPIs.
You will lead initiatives and build the sales function for the company.
Fulfill any other responsibilities assigned by your Line Manager.
Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed.
Minimum 7 Years Enterprise Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in enterprise sales preferably with a focus on SaaS.
SaaS Sales Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of individual SaaS sales experience showcasing a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS positioning pricing and business development strategies.
Channel Partner Business Experience: Over 2 years of experience in channel partner business and channel sales.
Negotiation Skills: Extensive experience in negotiating terms and successfully closing large deals including mega deal contracts.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT industry and proven success in selling enterprise software applications such as HCM ERP etc. with experience in multichannel gotomarket models.
ResultsOriented: Proven track record of achieving targets coupled with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetfocused environment.
