Work With Island designs and manufactures soundproof cabins for new workspaces. Having worked in shared spaces we understand their limitations: few places to isolate oneself and meeting rooms often monopolized. It is to provide this moment of serenity and productivity that Work With Island was born. We produce in France using recycled and recyclable materials cabins for 1 to 4 people that can be set up in less than 30 minutes.

We are currently seeking a Senior Hardware Product Manager to join our team. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in hardware product management and a keen focus on efficiency.

In this role you will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our product portfolios development. Working closely with our product team and crossfunctional units including operations and marketing you will formulate and execute development strategies that align with our business objectives aiming for impactful outcomes.

Main responsabilities:

As a Senior Hardware Product Manager your responsibilities will include optimizing and overseeing the development cycle of our acoustic booth products from concept to industrialization.

Strategy and Program Management:

• Collaborate with the Head of Product to create review and maintain an ambitious customercentric product roadmap.
• Transparently communicate the roadmap to project sponsors.

Program Management:

• Optimize product development using project management tools (waterfall Agile).
• Focus on objectives costs margins and international market compliance.
• Collaborate with technical experts to ensure product success.
• Ensure seamless coordination between development and industrialization.

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Play a key role in establishing environmental commitments and determining carbon footprint.

Product Conformity and Market Requirements:

• Actively monitor and communicate product compliance risks and opportunities.
• Engage with conformity labs and assign responsibilities within the product team.

Product Data Management:

• Implement product data and enhance management standards.

Market Analysis and Competition:

• Conduct market analysis and evaluate international competition.

Do you recognize yourself in this

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Lead PM in an international context.
• Background in engineering or business with a specialization in hardware product development preferably in furniture or tech hardware.
• Datadriven with the ability to define critical development tools and metrics.
• Resultoriented with a focus on clear objectives and strong prioritization skills.
• Enthusiastic about furniture products and willing to share knowledge within the team.
• Flexible in work style.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in French and English both spoken and written is required.
