1. Experienced Reliability Engineer in Mechanical Electrical and Hydraulic based equipment and material processing systems. Strong understanding of Preventative and Predictive maintenance.
2. Analytical thinking: the ability to think critically and logically as well as the ability to work with large sets of data and make sense of them.
3. Technical aptitude: a strong understanding of the systems equipment and processes at hand. This includes knowledge of the engineering principles and specific systems used at an organization.
4. Problemsolving: the ability to think creatively and produce innovative solutions to complex problems.
5. Communication: the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
6. Project management: the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively including planning scheduling and organizing.
7. Data management skills: the ability to use statistical analysis tools as well as the ability to interpret and communicate the results of the analysis.
8. A continuous improvement mindset: identifying and implementing ways to continuously improve reliability.
