Cathelco is seeking a dedicated Electrical PCB Assembler and Production Support team member to join our esteemed workforce. This pivotal role involves the assembly and construction of electrical PCBs ensuring timely order processing and contributing to the production of specialized products. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining highquality standards operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and construct Electrical PCBs for Cathelcos range of specialized products.
  • Efficiently pick and pack orders for Production batching and sales orders.
  • Assist in assembling Electrical control panels for various systems including AntiFouling Cathodic Protection and others.
  • Perform productbased testing to uphold stringent Quality Assurance standards.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive records and documentation for productbased testing.
  • Provide support in assembly and construction for new Electrical/Mechanical projects.
  • Contribute to the companys annual stock take activities.
  • Collaborate and offer support to team members ensuring a cohesive work environment.
  • Align with business requirements directed by the Production Manager and Planner.
  • Ensure operations are costeffective safe and compliant with legal standards.
  • Implement improvements in operational management systems and processes to drive continuous enhancements.

Key Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent) is required.
  • BTEC Level 2 Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent) is required.
  • GCSEs in Maths English Science.
  • Proven experience in soldering PCBs.
  • Background in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical engineering.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Positive attitude integrity and a strong work ethic.
