Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate and execute projects effectively.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate progress milestones and insights to key stakeholders within and outside the organization.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align growth strategies.
Market Research and Expansion Strategies:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for expansion in existing and new markets.
Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and enhance the companys presence.
Collaboration and Partnerships:
Work closely with the partnerships team to identify and establish strategic alliances.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster relationships that contribute to business growth.
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in growth and expansion roles within the travel industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent project management capabilities with a track record of successful project delivery.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
Knowledge of the EMEA travel market is a significant advantage.
