Help position disruptive business innovation
Support endtoend solution design across all relevant solutions (OnPremise Cloud and Hybrid) applying Avertra s
methodologies
Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes
Drive deployment of SAP Model Companies for a specific area of business
Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools
Support for presales activities
Performance of feasibility studies/solution reviews
Support in escalated projects
Taking over the responsibility from time to time as a (sub)project lead
Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
Delivers customer workshops and training

Skill Sets :
1. Number of years of experience in SAP HCM support.
2. Experience in SuccessFactors Implementation and Support.
3. Experience in BSI portal
4. Experience in SAP S/4 Migration.
Functional Experience
7 to 10 years of experience in business process consulting
Has a minimum of five years experience in implementations
Good understanding of the industry and/or LoB specific business processes
Has performed feasibility studies / PoCs etc.
Managerial Experience
Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project lead and/or team lead
Acts as a coach for colleagues
