Job Overview:

We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Legal Metrology Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling calls and inquiries related to legal metrology ensuring compliance with regulations and providing assistance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to legal metrology from clients and internal teams.

Provide timely and accurate information regarding legal metrology requirements standards and compliance procedures.

2. Compliance Guidance:

Assist clients in understanding and complying with legal metrology regulations and standards.

Stay updated on changes in legal metrology laws and communicate relevant updates to clients.

3. Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve customer issues or concerns related to legal metrology.

Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve complex legal metrology matters.

4. Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions issues and resolutions.

Prepare reports on common legal metrology inquiries for internal use.

5. Education and Training:

Provide training to clients and internal teams on legal metrology requirements and best practices.

Develop and update training materials to ensure accurate and uptodate information.

6. Collaboration:

Collaborate with regulatory bodies and legal experts to ensure comprehensive understanding of legal metrology requirements.

Work closely with internal teams to address legal metrology considerations in product development and sales.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelors degree in Law or a related field.

2. Previous experience in a customer support or legal metrology role is preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of legal metrology regulations and standards.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to interpret and explain complex legal concepts to nonlegal stakeholders.
