Job Description

Job Title: Recruiter


Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and strategicminded Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing costeffective recruitment strategies building a talent pool and efficiently hiring for current organizational needs. Knowledge of Zoho Recruit is a definite plus.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and implement effective and costefficient recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.


2. Talent Pool Management:

Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Utilize various sourcing channels including social media job boards and networking events.


3. Candidate Screening and Selection:

Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.

Coordinate and participate in interview processes working closely with hiring teams.


4. Zoho Recruit Expertise:

Leverage knowledge of Zoho Recruit to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.

Train and guide team members on Zoho Recruit functionalities if required.


5. Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends salary benchmarks and recruitment best practices.

Provide insights into market conditions to help shape recruitment strategies.


6. Collaboration:

Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers understanding their team dynamics and unique requirements.

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.


7. Metrics and Reporting:

Track and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.

Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.


Qualifications and Skills:


1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Recruiter with a track record of successful hires.

3. Knowledge of Zoho Recruit or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

6. Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Zoho One Software Administrator. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Administrator) are a plus.
