• Take charge of the delivery process starting from the PoC stage and create scalable solutions in NLP Predictive Modeling and Decision Support Systems for customers.
  
• Specify and validate the data requirements necessary for implementing Data Science solutions.
  
• Analyze customer business problems to identify suitable Data Science solutions.
  
• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis and develop AI models to solve specific business issues.
  
• Verify both technical performance and business value of the AI solutions developed.
  
• Collaborate with the engineering team to write productiongrade Python code for deploying AI models.
  

Requirements

• A relevant Bachelors degree (Data Science Computer Science Mathematics Engineering Statistics Physics etc.).
  
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in analyzing exploring constructing and validating AI models using both structured and unstructured data.
  
• Proficient in professionallevel English both spoken and written.
  
• Handson experience in developing impactful AI models for specific solutions like text analytics applications.
  
• Working familiarity with ML frameworks such as scikitlearn TensorFlow Keras and pytorch.
  
• Fluent in Python with a solid grasp of software engineering principles and best practices.
  
• Knowledgeable in SQL Glue agile methods (e.g. Spark) largescale data processing frameworks and version control tools like git.
  
• Experience working with substantial datasets comfortable with querying filtering programmatically cleaning data and extracting quick data samples.
  
• Proficiency in creating comprehensive reports queries and scalable dashboards.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI Data Science and Big Data Algorithms.
  
• Familiarity with NLP would be advantageous.
  
• Ability for innovative "out of the box" thinking crucial for providing unique insights using publicly available data a pivotal aspect of the companys competitive advantage.
  
• Approach tasks with a positive "Can do" attitude and exhibit a high level of attention to detail.
