Job Description


  1. Digital Strategy:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of digital campaigns.


  1. Content Marketing:

    • Create and curate engaging and relevant content for digital channels including blogs social media and email.

    • Collaborate with the content team to ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.


  1. Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook Twitter LinkedIn and Instagram.

    • Plan and execute social media campaigns including content creation scheduling and analysis.


  1. SEO and SEM:

    • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.

    • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.


  1. Email Marketing:

    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage the audience.

    • Monitor email deliverability open rates and clickthrough rates.


  1. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.) to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.


  1. Website Management:

    • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and SEO.

    • Implement and update website content as needed.


  1. Online Reputation Management:

    • Monitor online reviews and manage the online reputation of the brand.

    • Address customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


  1. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including sales product and design to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.



Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels tools and best practices.

  • Exposure in written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
