Analyze existing finance workflows and design validation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and optimize finance workflows.

2. Internal and Client Account Reviews:

Conduct thorough reviews of internal accounts ensuring accuracy compliance and adherence to financial regulations.

Perform client account reviews to validate financial transactions and maintain highquality standards.

3. Reporting System Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting system to provide timely and accurate financial information.

Design and generate financial reports to aid decisionmaking processes.

4. Zoho Books Expertise:

Become a subject matter expert in Zoho Books leveraging the platforms capabilities to enhance financial processes.

Configure Zoho Books to align with the organizations accounting and reporting requirements.

5. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

Stay updated on financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.

Ensure all financial activities are in compliance with regulatory standards.

6. Collaboration and Training:

Collaborate with finance and IT teams to align financial workflows with overall business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

2. Proven experience in finance workflow design and validation.

3. Strong understanding of accounting principles financial regulations and compliance standards.

4. Expertise in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.

5. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
