So whats the mission of the Global Partnerships Manager

Your mission is to drive A&Ms brand awareness through Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships. Your role is pivotal in growing a community of loyal brand ambassadors and expanding our reach and awareness through Influencer Marketing and Brand Partnerships for A&M.

What does success look like in this role

Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships Strategy

• As the strategic lead for Partnerships at Astrid & Miyu you will drive forward the ideation planning and execution of all of our Partnerships initiatives ensuring they align to our wider brand marketing strategy and calendar of activity.
• You will build and nurture a strong brandaligned network of influencers talent and brand partners developing and maintaining those relationships and deepening their understanding and connection with A&M so they become loyal fans of our brand.
• You will take ownership of influencer negotiations and draw up agreements for all paid campaigns monitoring delivery aligned against the agreed contract.
• You will leverage our Ambassadors Program ensuring we are building a network of talent who champion A&M planning key moments of activation to support the awareness and growth of this as well as overseeing our gifting strategy.
• Collaborate with brand partners that have shared values and goals to allow us to maximise our brand exposure and gain new potential customers.
• Work closely with our Experiential Marketing & PR Manager to deliver memorable cobranded activations and events that drive awareness and hype for A&M.
• Collaborate closely with other key stakeholders to ensure deliverables are aligned ahead of all Partnerships for maximum impact and success.

Team Management & Growth

• As part of the Global Brand Marketing team reporting to the Global Senior Brand Marketing Manager youwill be responsible for managing one direct report (Brand Marketing Associate) so strong management experience and a genuine passion for supporting peoples development and personal ambitions is essential.
• You will encourage close collaboration with your team fostering smart risktaking and a test and learn approach to drive innovation and creativity with all brand marketing activity that cuts through the noise.

Reporting & Trade

• You will carry out weekly trade reporting and analysis delving deeper into key actions that can be taken based on performance and share weekly trade insights learnings and next steps with the Brand Team.
• You will analyse performance monthly as well as at campaign level to establish benchmarks provide feedback to partners and establish actionable takeaways to shape future content briefs and partnerships always looking to make continuous improvements utilising key insights and learnings to shape future plans.
• Set clear and ambitious KPIs consistently monitoring these to provide insights that optimise future plans & performance.

What we would like from you:

• 5 years of experience within Influencer Marketing and Brand Partnerships.
• You will have strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience negotiating the terms of influencer collaborations ensuring seamless onboarding contracting and relationship management.
• Youll have a genuine passion and experience working in Brand Marketing and Partnerships.
• Great organisation and stakeholder management skills youll be able to manage multiple projects at the same time with excellentprojectmanagement skills to ensure all activations.
• Youll have a strong mix of a strategic and creative mind with the ability to drive forward highimpact memorable brand partnerships that drive awareness of A&M.
