We are looking for an energetic Social Media Specialist to help us build and grow our media presence and become a likable link between departments helping them translate engineering gobbledygook into a human language to the external world!

What is the role about

• Collaborating with other departments to create a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organizations goals target audience and brand image.
• Creating and scheduling relevant content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn YouTube etc. for optimal reach and engagement.
• Responding to comments and messages and monitoring discussions related to the organization on social media platforms to foster a positive online community and to manage reputation.
• Tracking and analyzing social media metrics and performance and creating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
• Collaborating with our partners marketing representatives to develop and execute social media campaigns or collaborations.
• Staying up to date regarding the latest social media trends as well as conducting research on competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Supporting the team in maintaining effective internal communication and general digital marketing tasks.

Required skills and qualifications

• You are an expert in LinkedIn and can easily prove it with existing projects (a must have).
• You are business fluent in English and can come up with great taglines on the spot! Speaking German or any other language is always a plus.
• You have at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position.
• You have a basic knowledge of graphic design tools and designing eyecatching images or videos. You are ready to dive into B2B marketing even if it is sometimes more challenging than B2C.
• You can manage your workload independently and always deliver on time.
• You are brave in trying new solutions naturally inquisitive and have lots of ideas that you are looking forward to putting into practice.
