The Digital Transformation Manager will be responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives within the organization. They will work with various departments to identify opportunities for digital transformation and implement solutions to improve business processes and customer experiences. The Digital Transformation Manager will manage a team of digital experts and collaborate with external partners to ensure successful implementation of digital projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and work with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with external partners to implement digital solutions that improve business processes and customer experiences
- Manage a team of digital experts and provide guidance on digital technologies and trends
- Develop and implement digital strategies and plans
- Identify key performance indicators and measure the impact of digital initiatives
- Manage budgets and resources for digital transformation projects
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies and trends
- Build relationships with external partners and vendors to support digital initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, digital strategy, or related field
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Project management experience
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation
