Job Description

Lakeside HR Group has been engaged to recruit a Recruiter for Nationwide Organ Recovery Transport Alliance (NORA) a reputable organization who specializes in executing a seamless "One Call Solution" for Air and Ground Organ Recovery Transportation ensuring optimal efficiency and reliability throughout the process. NORA is headquartered in St. Charles IL and partners with OPOs Transplant Centers Hospitals Laboratories and Perfusion Companies across North America. The Recruiter will play a critical role in managing the recruitment process for their highvolume hiring needs including the parttime driver requisitions. The Recruiter will work out of the St. Charles IL headquarters and report directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources.

Position Title: Recruiter
Job Type: Nonexempt Salary
Location: St. Charles IL (Ability to Travel to Various Base Locations When Necessary)
Experience Level: 3 Years in High Volume Recruiting

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process for 100200 parttime driver job requisitions simultaneously.
  • Utilize effective strategies to ensure timely fulfillment of positions within a twomonth timeframe.
  • Demonstrate expertise in recruiting for high volume roles with a keen understanding of the specific requirements and challenges associated with recruiting for these types of roles.
  • Handle all aspects of the recruitment life cycle from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and managing the drug testing and background check processes.
  • Generate and extend offer letters to successful candidates.
  • Manage the recruiting and onboarding process within ADP for efficient and streamlined recruitment processes.
  • Conduct recruitment activities across multiple locations understanding regional nuances and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Showcase creativity and resourcefulness in candidate sourcing employing a variety of channels to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Problemsolve and adapt quickly to changing recruitment needs demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach.

Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in high volume recruiting preferably in manufacturing retail or hospitality.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • A creative thinker with innovative approaches to sourcing and recruiting in a competitive job market.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a teamoriented environment.
