Role and Responsibilities:

Develop visually appealing graphics images and videos tailored for social media platforms

(Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn etc.) and other marketing channels.

Create engaging and innovative visual content including but not limited to infographics

illustrations animations and short videos.

Ensure all visual materials align with the brand guidelines maintaining consistency in style fonts

colors and brand representation across all designs.

Collaborate with the Content and Marketing team to conceptualize and brainstorm ideas for visual

content that effectively communicates brand messages and marketing objectives.

Participate in creative discussions contribute ideas and provide design recommendations to

enhance marketing campaigns.

Utilize graphic design software and tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator

Premiere Pro After Effects etc.) to create highquality and impactful visual content.

Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design social media and digital marketing to

incorporate innovative techniques and optimize content for various platforms.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and ensuring timely

delivery of finished assets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer preferably in creating visual content.

Proficiency in graphic design software and tools particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop

Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects etc.).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative designs including both images and videos.

Understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.

Excellent creativity artistic skills and attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Adaptability to evolving trends and technologies in graphic design and digital marketing
