Job Description
- Building the Egis Group image by collaborating with all players in Engineering and O&M in Qatar
- Developing all O&M activities in Qatar, in line with the Business Line strategy
- Establishing and maintaining a strong network across the industries stakeholders (clients, partners, advisors) in Qatar.
- Responsible for achieving profitability ((projects profitability and DSO) and growth (order intake), and leading the activities of Egis in Qatar in line with the objectives assigned by the Regional BL Director (RBLD) and the Country Managing Director (CMD) and in compliance with Egis Values and Ethics standards.
- In close cooperation with the RBLD and CMD, coordinate steerco (agenda, minutes, actions follow up) of which he/she is a key member.
- Additional responsibilities include the development of the financial plans, marketing plans, project methodologies, technical and commercial leadership as well as project and business line staffing requirements and talent management.
