An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner looking for a stand-alone role to develop and deliver the critical HR objectives for a processing facility in the heart of
Reporting to the board, you will provide generalist HR Support whilst giving guidance and advice to the line managers of this well-known ;
- You will lead in ensuring effective employee and industrial relations, adherence to company and statutory policies and procedures and management of the sites hourly-paid recruitment
- Partner with site leadership to develop a people plan that supports site objectives and lead on all HR-related activities including employee relations, industrial relations, restructures, employee engagement, labour and strategic workforce planning, talent strategy and people development plans

- Employee relations - provide an accessible and professional HR function whereby employee queries and issues are resolved in an appropriate, timely and legally compliant manner, minimizing the risk of litigation and improving communications

- Experience in Payroll, reviews and Disciplinaries
