Job Description
Academic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, production management, or related field. A master's degree or advanced training courses in production planning may be preferred.
Experience: Practical experience in the field of production planning and production management. Production planning engineer positions usually require at least two to five years of experience.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and inventory management. Ability to use computer programs designated for production planning such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
Analysis and evaluation skills: the ability to analyze data, evaluate production processes, identify weak points, and provide improvement solutions.
