Job Description
On behalf of our client we are looking for Service Operations Manager who is in Elevator/Escalator (OEM) space.
- Responsible for providing postsales technical support to meet the customer requirement according to terms in the contract.
- Coordinate a group of engineers and technicians and engage in preventive and corrective maintenance of products.
- Prepare and conduct training for engineers and technicians.
- Perform specific jobs as assigned by the superior.

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- Preferably with lift experience
