- Create engaging promotional materials including digital content social media posts emails and advertisements to drive event attendance and participation.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection vendor coordination and onsite support to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and provide postevent reports offering insights for future improvements.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners sponsors and key stakeholders to enhance event reach and impact.
