Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is a plus.
  
• No prior professional experience required; however internship or customer service experience is beneficial.
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  
• Strong people skills with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
  
• Analytical and creative thinking for timely issue resolution.
  
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment and contribute positively to group dynamics.
