Our client is a topnotch decentralized entrepreneurial network company who is looking for a talent to join their firm:
- Oversee all HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to performance management employee relations and offboarding ensuring seamless and efficient operations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the companys mission and vision
- Recruit hire and onboard toptier talent
- Innovate and implement employee training programs that foster growth and confidence in task execution
- Collaborate with leadership to strategize employee engagement retention and advancement initiatives
- Cultivate an inclusive and positive work culture within our remotebased team
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication across the organization including companywide announcements and regular checkins
- Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts when necessary
- Collaborate with senior management to create and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs for attracting and retaining top talent
- Stay updated with Malaysias HR laws and regulations ensuring the companys continuous compliance
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR or a related field
- At least 5 years of HR management experience
- Experience in collaborating with universities for intern engagement
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations across multiple countries
- Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide a team of HR
- professionals
- Experience in managing HR processes (recruitment onboarding performance management and offboarding)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset and adeptness in navigating obstacles
- Strong enthusiasm for HR and a drive for achieving excellence
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills proficient in task prioritization and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in English
