Arquid S.L.P. is an architectural office started in Spain in 2003 with a big international professional trajectory opening offices in France Berlin UK and Belgium. We work for private clients residential commercial corporate industrial hotel and cultural projects offering integral Architecture Project Management design and consulting services. Arquid is a company part of GROUP IPS holding.

With an average age of 32 we are encouraged to channel our curiosity and innovative thinking into projects.

Now we are looking for a Sustainability Architect in our office in Barcelona/Madrid.

As an employee of ARQUID the profile will actively participate in a wide range of projects from small improvements and renovations to large industrial investments. As an architect or technical Architect you will collaborate with out team members executing a variety of projects.

What is the role About

We are looking for an Architect sustainability orientation for a profile that produces technical documents have the capacity to review the technical work from other team members has the capacity to lead a site construction teach about technical staff to others implement and execute the projects as they are design or look to achieve a great result similar to what was design collaborate with the lead architects of the office help assessing and developing business cases for the developer s branch of the company (House flipping) respect the methodology of the company not only IPS but the one in ARQUID which is the main goal.

As an Architect with orientation in sustainability you will be responsible of:

Develop Bioclimatic design strategies: envelopes sustainable materials and constructive solutions energy efficiency

Set up a sustainability roadmap in early phases of a project and to identify key points investments actions and stakeholders in each phase

Develop nZEB low carbon approaches Life Cycle Analysis.

Develop quality control and plan Follow up.

Develop reports according to requirements.

Perform and produce technical information.

Knowledge in ESG and European Applicable Regulations.

Perform building climatic analysis with Design Builder Open studio Green Building Studio or similar.

Lead authorities communication for permits and staff.
