About Homes for Support:
We are rated Outstanding for theresidential care we provide tochildren and young people ages 7 to 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties and learning disabilities.Our two to size bedroomed Homes are based close to our Head Office in Crewe Cheshire. As a strong and wellstructured team we will support you to successfully deliver care and support that meets andexceeds Quality Standards.
Responsibilities of a Team Leader:
You will play a crucial role in our leadership and management team within the ResidentialChildrensHome. You will dedicate your time to:
- Delegating overseeing and practically caringfor Looked After Children (LAC) in line with care plans ad Quality Standards outlined in the Childrens Home Regulations.
- Representing Homes for Support and advocating for children in our partnership with professionals and families.
- Professionally developing your skills and the skills of those within your team to further enable our deliver of Outstanding care as a team of trusted childcare professionals.

- Salary range: 27900.00 to 30600.00 (depending on qualifications and experience)
