Job Description

We are actively seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive based in the Greater Toronto Area to join a growing startup on a mission to revolutionize the Talent Solutions space providing cuttingedge B2B HR/Talent Management software solutions. This role has a target startdate of March 1st 2023.

Join a team of industry visionaries (25 years of experience in the HR/Talent solutions space) and a proven product with enterpriselevel customers (Eg. Deloitte). Founded almost a decade ago and growing annually at a rate of almost 50% they are poised to make a big impact in their industry and you could get in on the ground floor with the opportunity to grow with the company!

Reporting to the Chief Client Officer the role offers a fully remote schedule with flexible hours uncapped earning potential (a competitive base salary of $80000 to $100000 commission ) and commissions on recurring revenue as well!
You will be one of the first Account Executives and thus will have an open territory without restrictions and the opportunity to bring your creativity strategic sales mindset and ideas to the table to improve the gotomarket process every day; however this will also require you to be agile and open to a changing and at times ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Chief Client Officer to cocreate your gotomarket strategy including target prospect list
  • Outbound B2B business development with a focus on enterpriselevel accounts initially and SMB's in the future
  • Prospecting by leveraging your warm market as well as cold outreach via phone email and LinkedIn
  • Act as a Talent Solutions advisor to Enterprise and SMB clients
  • Brand development utilizing your growing LinkedIn network
  • Navigate a 56 month sales process involving complex B2B sales requiring meticulous mapping and nurturing to book Demos and/or inperson meetings
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure onboarded clients have the best experience possible and can be longterm partners


Profiles:

  • 410 years of B2B sales experience including managing a lengthy sales cycle and selling to Enterprise level accounts
  • Staffing/Talent Solutions (enterprise level or MSP/Outsourcing solutions) SAAS or Professional Services sales experience are strong assets
  • Having a strong network in the B2B space is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to be a selfdriven hunter having met and exceeded sales goals in the past
  • Independent resourceful and focused on selling with a keen interest in financial success
  • Agile comfortable with ambiguity and able to take direction while also being creative
  • Capable of growing with the company and adapting to evolving challenges
