Software Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our dynamic software development team. As a key leader in our organization The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of highquality software solutions. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our software development projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software developers and engineers.
  

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management quality assurance and design to deliver compelling software solutions.
  

• Implement and maintain Agile methodologies particularly Scrum to ensure efficient and effective project management and team collaboration.
  

• Drive the technical roadmap and direction of the team ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members fostering professional growth and development.
  

• Oversee the design development and implementation of software projects.
  

• Ensure the delivery of highquality scalable and maintainable software.
  

• Monitor project progress address any issues and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
  

• Proven experience as a Software Development Manager or similar leadership role.
  

• Strong experience with Agile methodologies particularly Scrum.
  

• Experience in managing crossfunctional teams and collaborating with various departments.
  

• Strong technical background in software development.
