POSITION: Patent Attorney

LOCATION: Roseland NJ; Centerville UT; Washington DC; Palo Alto CA

DESCRIPTION:

Our client a national law firm is among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100. They are currently searching for a highly qualified Patent Attorney to contribute to their success in their dynamic Intellectual Property team. This opportunity is available in one of four key locations: Roseland NJ Centerville UT Washington DC or Palo Alto CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leverage two to five years of solid experience as a Patent Attorney (additional experience as a Patent Agent is a plus).
  
• Handle the preparation filing and prosecution of patent applications for software encompassing areas such as operating systems middleware software directory servers network management virtualization and cloud computing.
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hold a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
  
• Possess work experience as a software developer.
  
• Showcase excellent academic credentials.
  
• Be registered to practice before the USPTO.
