Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance of five distinct SharePoint Site collections.
Engage with stakeholders to understand and fulfill their site design and collaboration space needs.
Create instructional materials and train nontechsavvy users on SharePoint functionalities.
Actively manage site content ensuring timely updates and archiving.
Efficiently handle requests for changes clarifying and resolving any uncertainties.
Continuously refine and enhance the organizations Knowledge Management (KM) practices as it grows.
Promote and facilitate the effective use of KM tools and methodologies.
Lead the creation and execution of training programs focused on KM practices and tools.
Tackle challenges in KM adoption and foster a culture that values knowledge sharing.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of handson experience in developing SharePoint sites pages lists and libraries (SharePoint 2016/Online).
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing SharePoint permissions and setting up custom permission groups.
At least 1 year of recent experience in deploying KM strategies or solution delivery.
Competence in crafting custom workflows.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Strong orientation towards providing outstanding customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power BI Power Automate).
Knowledge in metrics analysis.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
