Talentry is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager of Infrastructure to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the organization s IT infrastructure. In collaboration with executive leadership this role will plan implement optimize monitor and maintain the organization s network including storage servers and IaaS systems such as Azure.

This manager will develop and implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans security connectivity etc. This role will also oversee WiFi implementation and performance in large buildings and complexes.

He or she will perform infrastructure reviews to ensure the scale and performance of the infrastructure and systems and make recommendations for improvements. This role will also supervise more junior personnel ensure security measure implementation and compliance contribute to budgeting and planning etc.

Requirements

BS in Computer Science Information Systems Management or equivalent.

5 years of experience managing IT Infrastructure.

Strong experience with networking storage servers and security.

Proven leadership experience.

Demonstrated management experience.

Excellent communication and documentation experience.
