Job Description

Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting an Assistant General Manager for a leading company specializing in sustainable lighting solutions based in Bangalore India. With two advanced manufacturing facilities this company has garnered recognition for delivering highquality LED lighting solutions. Over the years they have successfully executed projects globally across various sectors.

Here are the responsibilities for Assistant General Manager.

Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager: Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Performance Delivery: Confidently achieve performance business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement ongoing marketing strategies and plans for the region.
EndtoEnd Sales Management: Take charge of endtoend sales processes including lead generation closure and postclosure relationship management.
Team Performance: Analyse daily targets for the team and review sales orders regularly. Ensure the team meets set targets and achieves high performance.
Dealer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing dealers.
Sales Diversification: Handle direct sales channel sales and corporate tieups to generate maximum business for commercial projects.
Payment and Collections: Manage payment and collections followup with the sales team.
Channel Partner Network: Leverage a strong network of channel partners and existing customers to meet targets.
Customer Satisfaction: Respond to and resolve customer queries and concerns to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Business Expansion: Consistently build and expand the channel partner network acquire new business and manage clients collaboratively.
Quarterly Reviews: Conduct quarterly reviews of channel partners assessing achievements qualitative factors and suggesting process improvements.
Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about relevant competitor details including price movements construction activity key trends and market dynamics.


Requirements

Must have Good Channel Partner Network
Team handling ability of 80 to 100 people
Experience in handling more than two regions
Good Communication skills
Good Team Management and Good Reporting Skills
Willing to Travel to all our business locations.
Experience in Lighting Trade Electrical and Electronics FMCG products are preferred.
