About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Platform Product Marketing Manager to lead their product marketing efforts and drive the success of their Engagement Banking Cloud platform. As the Platform Marketing Manager you will be a trusted expert in Engagement Banking Cloud platform. You will help develop and evangelize the value Engagement Banking to the market.

What Youll Do As Platform Marketing Manager

  • Platform Positioning and Messaging:

    • Develop a clear and compelling value proposition for their platform effectively communicating its unique capabilities and benefits to various target audiences.

    • Craft consistent and powerful messaging that resonates with key stakeholders including customers partners and internal teams

  • GotoMarket Strategy:

    • Create and execute comprehensive gotomarket plans for platform launches and major updates including market segmentation and promotional activities.

    • Collaborate with sales and partner teams to drive platform adoption and revenue generation providing them with the necessary tools and resources for success.

  • Market and Competitive Analysis:

    • Conduct indepth market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends customer needs and opportunities for differentiation

    • Stay ahead of industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure the platform remains competitive and aligned with customer expectations

  • Product Content and Collateral:

    • Oversee the development of highquality marketing content such as whitepapers case studies videos and presentations that showcase the platforms value proposition and customer success stories.

  • Customer Insights and Feedback:

    • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs gather feedback and incorporate insights into product marketing strategies and product roadmap planning

  • Thought Leadership:

    • Establish the company and platform as a thought leader in the industry through speaking engagements webinars industry events and strategic partnerships

  • Campaign Planning and Execution:

    • Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns to promote the platform.

    • Utilize various channels such as digital advertising content marketing social media email and events to reach the target audience.

  • Sales Enablement:

    • Support our sales channels by developing a comprehensive content plan training them on the problems our platform solves and creating internal tools and external collateral. Ensure the sales team knows when and how to leverage these resources effectively

What Youll Bring As Platform Marketing Manager

  • 6 years of experience in product marketing management preferably in the financial technology/banking industry

  • Proven experience working extensively with enterpriseclass platforms and a strong understanding of new technologies. Solid knowledge of Banking is mandatory

  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills and a customercentric mindset. Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective marketing strategies

  • Strong understanding of platform and ecosystem dynamics including APIs workflows and integrations

  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing gotomarket strategies for platform products

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with crossfunctional teams. Be confident and comfortable presenting at conferences and events

  • Analytical mindset capable of leveraging datadriven insights to inform marketing decisions

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and identify growth opportunities
