Tasks

We are looking for a dynamic Finance Officer to oversee our accounting operations and ensure compliance with legal requirements. You should be familiar with audits invoices and budget preparations. Our ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities including bank reconciliations accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle timesensitive tasks.

Ultimately youll be responsible for the daytoday management of our financial transactions and procedures. If you have a passion for managing financial activities a keen eye for detail and a knack for timesensitive tasks we want to hear from you.

Heres what youll be responsible for:

• Maintain accurate records for all daily transactions.
• Prepare comprehensive balance sheets.
• Process invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable with precision.
• Update internal systems with uptodate financial data.
• Generate monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.
• Participate in financial audits demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
• Track bank deposits and payments for transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate in the preparation of budgets offering valuable insights.
• Review and implement financial policies to ensure compliance.

Requirements

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

• Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar role.
• A Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or an equivalent field.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Experience in financial software such as Pennylane and Quickbooks.
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Indepth understanding of financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills to interpret complex data.
• Sharp time management skills with the ability to handle timesensitive tasks effectively.
• Strong ethical values demonstrating discretion with confidential data.
• Excellent communication skills (written verbal and interpersonal)
• Native English speaker or a very good level of proficiency in English.
