Within this framework the company manages overall project activities encompassing planning and design through implementation to monitoring and evaluation. It delivers a comprehensive range of technical assistance tailored to meet the diverse needs of a broad range of stakeholders. The company reinforces its activities through rigorous scientific quality management within its departments and in collaboration with research institutions globally.
A Bachelors or Masters degree in energy environmental management business economics statistics sustainable development or equivalent.
Mandatory Experience DurationBased:
At least 5 years experience in the energy sector sustainable development field or related.
At least 2 year of experience with international development initiatives.
At least 2 years of project management experience.
At least 1 year professional work experience in the Global South and 1 year of work experience in the Global North.
Mandatory Experience QuantityBased:
Demonstrated fundraising experience (minimum raised 1. Million )
Desired Experience:
Experience with Theory of Change Logframes and Project Management Tools.
Experience with Carbon Finance EMobility H2 Biogas MicroGrids BESS Circular Economy Quality Infrastructure WASH and WEF.
Ability to understand and incorporate the big picture into the details of various activities particularly the interrelated nature of energy products and services finance and other domains of human socioeconomic development.
Structured analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex concepts and issues in a clear understandable way to a broad range of stakeholders including a nontechnical audience.
Diligence in working within the given constraints and a critical self reflection of the own work is a welcome attitude
Awareness of global cultures and markets openness to different views empathy in
understanding others.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Mandatory: Fluent in English (C1 business proficient)
Desired: Additional proficiency in French Spanish Arabic or Russian.
