Job Description
- Perform network optimization at cellular/cluster level 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE/TDD to contribute to regional quality of service by investigating network performance.
- Responsible for reviewing KPIs performance monthly, quarterly and annually.
- LTE load balancing implementation to maximize user throughput, carrier aggregation and VoLTE implementation.
- Spectrum Reframing and Technology Innovation.
- Collaboration with QOS to assure quality KPIs.
- Innovative and inhouse solutions to Solve any appeared issues.
- Monitoring, reporting, and Benchmarking of all major and minor activities in the network that may have an impact on user experience (All Technologies).
- Trials of latest features and technologies.
- Network audits and standardization on discrepancies in network.
- Designing and implementing RAN solutions that meet network coverage, capacity, and performance requirements as per marketing forecast or as per the business strategy requirement by using relevant tools.
- Take ownership and ensure timely execution of tasks/projects.
- Create a culture that supports the transformation agenda by embedding values’-based behaviors in our ways of work.
