- Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions and day trips
- Find fare and schedule information
- Calculate total costs
- Book reservations for hotels, rental cars, cruises and/or special events, such as tours and excursions
- Explain to clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents, such as passports
- Give advice about local weather, customs and attractions
- Make alternative arrangements if changes arise before or during the ;
Requirements
Work authorization: United States (Required) and 18 years or older
Cell phone/laptop with Internet access (Required)
Strong sales background (preferred)
Experience: customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
No experience necessary, training will be provided
