As a rapidly growing Electronic Money Institution (EMI) regulated entity with operational footprint across Europe and Latam we are looking for a visionary leader to direct our local Spanish sales team ensuring strategic alignment with our ambitious growth objectives.

Job Description:

Our Head of Sales Spain will lead the Spanish direct Sales team report to the Global Sales Director and collaborate closely with the Marketing department. Together they will employ accountbased selling best practices (ABM) to generate wellqualified projects within our focus companies.

Your missions:

  • Lead develop and expand the Spanish sales team fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Strategize and drive sales initiatives ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships leveraging your expertise to deepen market penetration.
  • Utilize solution selling and accountbased marketing (ABM) strategies to engage and convert key accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Leadership to align sales strategies with market needs and product development.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline management ensuring accuracy and efficiency in client acquisition processes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team ensuring continuous professional development and team cohesion.
  • Offer strategic insights to the Marketing team for lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Coordinate with Technical PreSales Integration and Compliance departments to streamline client onboarding.

Profile and skills required:

  • Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on fintech finance or software solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing sales teams with a track record of achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Mastery in solution selling negotiation and consultative sales approaches.
  • Strong understanding of financial service products and eagerness to drive strategic partnerships.
  • Passion for technology particularly in APIbased and developercentric products.
  • Exceptional bilingual communication skills in Spanish (native C2) and English (fluent C1).
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive and positive approach to team leadership.
  • Based in Barcelona open to travel up to 30% for client engagement and team development.
