Job Description
- Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
- Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs specially infiltrating the small to medium enterprises segment, focusing on Start-ups.
- Assessing market trends and competitors.
- Identifying threats and opportunities.
- Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions.
- Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
- Monitoring and reporting on key strategic projects.
- Supporting and guiding senior executive in the decision-making processes of key strategic projects and partnerships.
- Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
- Contributing in preparing key strategic deals ensuring adherence to law-established rules, group compliance and governance
